Sibling Discount

This discount applies to families with three or more children attending Trinity Academy. Full tuition and fees apply to the two oldest children. Beginning with the third child, a 30% discount on tuition will be given. There is no sibling discount applied to the Student Activity fee.

New Family Fees

Once a new student is invited to enroll at Trinity Academy, parents will have two weeks to complete the Enrollment Agreement and pay the non-refundable New Family fee of $1,000 per student (maximum of $1,500 per family).

 Miscellaneous Fees

Returned check/non-sufficient funds - $35.00

Late payment fee on any item - $30.00

 Payment Options

Trinity Academy is making use of the FACTS Payment Program and you may select from the following payment options being offered for the 2012-2013 year:

 1. Pay in Full with a 2% discount - Full tuition and fees, less the 2% discount, must be received when your contract is signed and returned. Otherwise, the 2% discount will be forfeited, and the full amount of tuition, along with any applicable fees, will be charged to your account. Payment is made directly to the school. 

2. 75% payment, followed by 25% August payment with 1% discount - 75% of the total tuition and fees, less the 1% discount, must be received when your contract is signed and returned. Otherwise, the 1% discount will be forfeited and the full amount of tuition, along with any applicable fees, will be charged to your account. The remaining 25%, less the 1% discount, will be drafted on August 1, 2012. Automatic bank draft for the second payment is required through FACTS; you will be contacted with details and instructions in order to complete the FACTS payment agreement. If the draft is unsuccessful on August 1, 2012, your account will revert to the Monthly Payment Plan set forth below, and your account will be charged $100 and any associated FACTS fees.

3. Two Pay Plan – Total family tuition and fees are divided by two. The first payment, paid directly to the school, is due when your contract is signed and returned. The second will be drafted on August 1, 2012. Automatic bank draft is required through FACTS; you will be contacted with details and instructions in order to complete the FACTS payment agreement. If the draft is unsuccessful on August 1, 2012, your account will revert to the Monthly Payment Plan set forth below, and your account will be charged $200 and any associated FACTS fees.

4. Ten-Month Payment Plan through FACTS – A $400 FACTS payment fee is added to the total family tuition and fees, and this number is divided by 10. The first monthly payment will be due by check or money order and submitted when your contract is signed and returned. The remaining nine monthly payments will be drafted on the fifth of each month to be complete no later than February 5, 2013. Automatic bank draft is required through FACTS; you will be contacted with details and instructions in order to complete the FACTS payment agreement. An annual processing fee of $41 paid to FACTS is assessed.

Tuition Assistance

Trinity Academy offers financial assistance to families on the basis of demonstrated financial need. All information is confidential and every effort is made to meet demonstrated need. To apply, for financial assistance, please refer to the Financial Assistance Process instructions.

Family Referral Tuition Credit

Trinity Academy offers any current family $500 for the enrollment of one new student, and another $100 for each additional child that enrolls from the same family, to be applied toward tuition. A new family will be asked how they first heard about Trinity and who invited them to an event or urged them to contact Trinity. If more than one current family has had significant influence on a new family’s enrollment, the amount will be divided evenly between these families. Textbooks for Grades 10 -12

Students in Grades 10-12 are responsible for the purchase of all textbooks and all other learning materials. For more information, please contact the Upper School Head.
